Returns & Exchanges
At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your items don't fit your character or your style, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse address provided in your return confirmation email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
